YC Hertfordshire Access Points
A YC Hertfordshire Access Point (previously called One Stop Shop or Centre) is a venue where young people can access a wide range of services, including information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering, youth work projects and programmes, advice on drugs, finance, health, including sexual health, housing and much more.
The services at YC Hertfordshire Access Points are for young people aged 13-19, up to 24 if they have a learning difficulty or disability, up to 21 if they are a care leaver.
YC Hertfordshire provides a range of services from careers guidance to sexual health information, support and advice.
The sexual health service is free and confidential and includes:
- Free condoms through the Condom Wallet Scheme
- Free chlamydia testing
- Free pregnancy testing
- Sexual and general health advice
