YCH Services for Young People provides free sexual health information, support and advice for young people in Hertfordshire.
YCH Services for Young People provides a range of sexual health services for young people aged 13-19 at its Access Points. These services are free and confidential and include:
- Free condoms through the Condom Wallet Scheme
- Free chlamydia testing
- Free pregnancy testing
- Sexual and general health advice

YCH Sexual Health Text Service
YCH also runs a sexual health text service to make it easier for young people to get information about sexual health services in the county.

Free chlamydia testing is available to young people aged 13-19 at all YCH Access Points. For other STI testing, if you are under 18, please text TEST to 07860 057369

HIV testing and support
Both HIV and syphilis tests are also available from the National HIV Homes Sampling Service: Free Testing HIV
THT Hertfordshire continues to offer support for people newly diagnosed with HIV and those living with HIV in Hertfordshire.
If you need free and confidential emergency contraception (also called the morning after pill), you should seek support by contacting either Sexual Health Hertfordshire, your GP or your local pharmacy or for further information.
If you live in Hertfordshire and are aged 16 or over, you can also order emergency contraception for free and on-line from SH:24.

The contraceptive pill is now available online for over-18s living in Hertfordshire. Visit SH:24 online support or call 0300 008 5522
