YCH Services for Young People Access Points
A YCH Services for Young People Access Point is a venue where young people aged 13 to 19 can access a wide range of services, including information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering, youth work projects and programmes, advice on drugs, finance, health, including sexual health, housing and much more.

Access Points are remaining open but we will help you by phone if possible.
The venues have been certified by Hertfordshire County Council as Covid-19 Secure.
Please call, text or email your local team to make an appointment before visiting.
The services at our Access Points are for young people aged 13-19, up to 24 if they have a learning difficulty or disability, up to 21 if they are a care leaver.
We provide a range of services from careers guidance to sexual health information, support and advice.

The sexual health services at our Access Points are free and confidential and include:
- Free condoms through the Condom Wallet Scheme
- Free chlamydia testing
- Free pregnancy testing
- Sexual and general health advice
