Bridges2Beats Music Project
Bridges2Beats is a unique music project run by YC Hertfordshire which looks at the impact of how music can break down barriers between different cultures. As part of the project you'll work towards a live performance and gain a Bronze Arts Award. If you can commit to one evening a week for 14 weeks, this project could be for you!
Dacorum Youth Council
Join the Dacorum Youth Council to have your say and make a difference! Learn how to represent yourself and other young people in your area.
Discovery Transgender Project
The YC Hertfordshire Discovery Transgender Project is open to all young people aged 13-17 who live, work or are educated in the Dacorum district and who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender fluid and/or are questioning their gender. If this is you, come and join us on the first Friday of every month, 6.30-8.30pm. It is a safe space for a social and supportive group. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.
Emotional Wellbeing Project
If you want to feel happier and more confident in life, come along to this YC Hertfordshire emotional wellbeing project every Thursday. It's for 13-17 year olds in the Dacorum area.
Friday Night Project
The YC Hertfordshire Friday Night Project at the Bennetts End Young People’s Centre is for young people aged 13-17 who live in the Dacorum area.
Girls Allowed Young Women's Project
The YC Hertfordshire Girls Allowed project at the XC Young People's Centre is a safe place for girls to meet up and have fun. It's open to all young women aged 13-17 in the Dacorum and Hemel Hempstead area, every Tuesday, 7-9pm. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.
'Happy As I Am' LGBTQ Project
The YC Hertfordshire Dacorum Team runs the 'Happy as I am' LGBTQ Project in Hemel Hempstead for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and young people and those questioning their sexuality every Thursday evening. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.
Independent Living Skills Project
The YC Hertfordshire Independent Living Skills Project in Hemel Hempstead is for young people in care or care leavers aged 13-21 who live in the Dacorum area. Come to the Bennetts End Young People's Centre and learn important skills that will help you to live more independently and build your confidence.
National Citizen Service (NCS)
National Citizen Service with YC Hertfordshire is a really exciting opportunity for 16 and 17 year-olds (School Years 11 and 12) during the school summer holidays. It's a fantastic once-in-a-lifetime experience that will be one of the most exhilarating and rewarding times of your life. The YC Hertfordshire Resilience Project is an exciting project for young people who are educated at home. You can learn new skills, increase your knowledge and develop confidence. Come along to Bennetts End Young People's Centre every Tuesday.
Street-Based Project at Berkhamsted Skate Park
If you're aged 13-17 and live in the Berkhamsted area come and meet YC Hertfordshire youth workers on Friday evenings at the Berkhamsted Skate Park. You can skate and take part in sports and other outdoor activities, get advice and support, and have your say on local matters. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

The YC Hertfordshire Youth at Risk Project is for 13-17 year olds in the Dacorum district who may be at risk of becoming involved in unlawful or risky behaviour. You can get involved in sports and get support to help you take steps to a safer, more positive future.
